We recommend 20-30 minutes of bathing per day in our two medicinal thermal pools, unless your doctor instructed otherwise. It is particularly effective as part of a cure, but a single session already is an excellent stress reliever, provides relaxation, soothes and refreshes tired body parts. It is recommended to take at least a 30 minute break after a thermal session.
